Shipping Rates & Services

Please note that all shipments come from our distribution centres in China, Europe and United States.  We endeavour to ship your product as quickly as possible, however, in some cases, certain region will take additional time due to our service provider’s capabilities, customs inspections and local courier services.

Please allow up to 3 days to process your order. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. It can take up to 48 hours after you receive your shipping notification for your tracking details to become active with the courier.

We always strive to ensure on-time delivery, but there may be instances when packages may be delivered past the estimated date. For example, this may occur with split orders where we dispatch the order from multiple stores in multiple shipments to ensure that the order is delivered in full.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that all site policies, terms and conditions are read and understood prior to purchasing.

If the consumer does not agree to the terms, it is strongly recommended that they do not enter into a legally binding contract (i.e. the purchase).

Taxes & Duties

All prices shown on Exalted Fashion are in USD.  For international customers, the prices quoted do not include your local sales taxes or import duties, which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

During sale and holiday periods, we ask that you please allow extra time for dispatch and delivery, due to the high volume of orders.

Please note that due to the volume of orders placed during sale or holiday periods, we cannot accommodate any requests for order updates, changes or cancellations.
